Your use of this website and any purchases made by you on this website of any products will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom


PRICES
All prices are calculated in UK Pounds Sterling, and will be charged at the current exchange rate. Please contact your bank for current exchange rates.


PAYMENTS:
We accept online payment by credit or debit card via the secure Protx Online Payment System. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer please contact us to arrange this.

Your credit card details are not stored by Steal From Work Ltd.

Items will not be shipped until payment has cleared.


AVAILABILITY
We try to have stock of all the items on this site, but cannot guarantee this. Therefore, acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute an acceptance of your offer to purchase an item. On receipt of your order, we will advise you if anything is out of stock.


DELIVERY
We will endeavour to ship items within 7 days of cleared payment, but please allow up to 28 days at busy times or for special items. If you have a special deadline please contact us with this and we will do our best to achieve this.

If you do not receive products ordered you should notify us within 28 days of the date of your order. We will then immediately deliver the products ordered or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of the non-delivered products to you.


RETURNS & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Refunds will only be given where the purchaser has made contact within 24 hours as stated above and if Steal From Work Ltd is deemed to be in breach of the terms and condition set herein. A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of Steal from Work Ltd and may not always include the post and packaging charges incurred.

All damages must be reported by email or telephone within 24 hours of the goods being received. We will issue you with a replacement or where this is not possible, will issue a full refund.

Steal From Work Ltd reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
